Applications for a licence, enquiries regarding current performance fees and charges for scripts should all be made to Josef Weinberger for Babes In The Wood, Dick Turpin, Peter Panto and The Pied Piper. These are all subject to the terms and conditions as set out in their catalogue of plays.
As regards Cinderella, Arthur's Adventure and Puss In Boots, enquiries for perusal scripts and information on fees should be made by e-mail to Peter Webster at pj@websterhome.eclipse.co.uk. In order to obtain a figure for performance fees you will need to provide details of the performance venue, audience seating capacity and the dates and number of performances.
No performance may be given unless payment in full is made no later than one month prior to the first performance.
Scripts are supplied on the basis that they will not be re-sold, hired out, circulated or distributed without the prior consent of the author. Reproduction of the text in whole or part may only be made with the express permission of the author.
All plays are protected by copyright. According to copyright law no public performance or reading of a protected play may be given without prior authorisation of Josef Weinberger Ltd or Peter Webster, whichever is applicable. Perusal copies are supplied on the understanding that individuals and societies accept these conditions.
